The wind was cold on a Thursday afternoon. The man had sweat dripping down his face. He saw the villagers coming, the pitchforks and the torches were coming his way. The only other way was the woods and know one ever went in and came back alive, but that was the only way, the villagers would never go in there. So he dashed in the woods not stopping for a breath. Trees had torn his shirt and cut him like they were grabbing him. The wind was whispering to tell the secrets of the people that came before him. Was he to be scared or frightened? He ran and ran, but something had stopped him. He had seen a face, a face of a little girl. At first he thought it was nothing but then he saw the face again and again until there was a smack of a sound. he wake up with the girl starting at him. he looked up and saw the villagers had ran right past him, what was going on, he fainted not knowing what was going on. As he awoke the faint words were saying " its alright, I'm not going to hurt you, its alright". things were still blurry but he saw the girl. her orange hair was blowing in the wind and her face was as clear as a baby after eating. " whats your name? Mines Alice" the girl said. she looked as if she was 13 or 14. " Wait, what just happened to me? i was running and now I'm here" the man had said. " I'm not answering anything until i lean your name" Alice said with a smile. " My name is Josh" he said back. "Well Josh, how did you get in this big mess" Alice said.
